InfectoPharm Ltd Corporate Responsibility Statement

Our Commitment

At Infectopharm (UK) Ltd, we believe our corporate responsibility extends not only to our patients and customers, employees, global communities, environment, and other stakeholders, but should be something that we deliver not annually but daily through our business commitments in the UK and globally too.

It is both our commitment to operate with effective governance, and with high standards of ethical behaviour in all aspects of the delivery of our pharmaceutical business in the UK.

We take our commitment to economic, social, and environmental sustainability seriously, and extend this expectation to our partners and suppliers, setting clear goals and holding ourselves accountable across a range of key objectives within our priority core areas.

To our patients and customers

We commit to deliver through scientific excellence and investment, innovative, high-quality medicines that address the unmet medical needs of patients and enhance the life of them, their families, and carers. We actively seek to improve access to care, and advocate for policies that promote health equality and patient access to the medicines they need.

To our employees

We embrace an all-encompassing diverse workforce and inclusive culture. We are convinced that long-term sustainable development can only be achieved through close cooperation and individual commitment.

We commit to ensuring our colleagues have opportunities for development and advancement.

We also commit to hiring and developing a workforce that reflects the changing diversity of our communities and our patients. We endeavour to promote an open and honest platform for our employees to report any misconduct they feel risk the ethical management of the business without fear of recrimination.

To our suppliers

We believe in the positive economic impact of engaging diverse suppliers. We are committed to collaborating with suppliers that represent the diversity of the communities where they live and work. We work with all our suppliers on a continuous improvement basis to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any of their supply chains or any part of their business in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Environmental stewardship & protection of resources

We strive to reduce our environmental impact and at all times to minimize potential health and safety risks.

We undertake appropriate measures to reduce our environmental impact and to ensure that our production facilities meet the requirements of modern environmental management standards. Moving forward we will produce a yearly carbon reduction plan that monitors our performance and details out our strategies for the following years to reach our goal of being carbon neutral by 2050.
